Our company is not accepting new patent application preparation and filing work at the present time. We are continuing to handle prosecution for patent applications currently in progress. However, we do offer affordable trademark application preparation and prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). We have represented individual inventors, private companies, and reputable marketing firms for 15 years. In addition, our company also handles the filing of copyright applications.

All of our paperwork is filed on-time to meet USPTO deadlines.
